This whole process of freezing strawberries is done by an Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) technique, which provides us with individually frozen strawberries, allowing us to preserve the shape and quality of the original product, whether you want to buy it with or without calyx. Our company also has refrigerated and crushed strawberries in tanks, at very low temperature (-4º C, 24.8º F), so that the strawberries keep all their properties and flavor.
