Strawberries are one of the most precious and demanded red fruits for their large number of properties, such as their high water content, the contribution of vitamin C and E to the body, as well as magnesium, calcium, folic acid, among others.

As cherries, strawberries are rich in potassium that promotes the elimination of toxins from the body. In addition, their nutritional value is very low in fat, that is because of their low calorie content, which makes them ideal to be part of low-calorie diets.

The strawberry season is between March and July, but at Espagry Ibérica we work so that our costumers can buy frozen strawberries throughout the year, and because of that we are able to supply our costumers with the selected raw material under high quality standards for the manufacture industry of concentrates, purees and other industrial products.

All this process of freezing strawberries is carried out using an Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) technique, which gives us individually frozen strawberries, which allows us to preserve the shape and quality of the original product, whether they want to buy it with or without calyx. Our company also has refrigerated strawberries and crushed in tanks, at a very low temperature (-4º C, 24,8º F), so that the strawberry preserves all its properties and flavor.
